Proposals
Once the pre-proposal information has been received and analyzed, our managing partners decide whether to make a proposal to the potential client. Upon the decision to proceed, we prepare a detailed written proposal for review.
Altus proposals are extensive and detailed (often 30 to 50 pages, not including the financial model) and serve as the centerpiece for the disclosure materials we prepare for the market. Altus proposals often include the following:
- Company profile
- Summary of proposed terms and conditions
- Distribution plan and timetable
- Preliminary cost of capital estimate
- Financial model with historical financials and provisional credit ratings
- Advisory agreement
