The Financing Request

Once our proposal has been accepted, we assist management in the process of preparing comprehensive offering materials and due diligence information for potential investors, the centerpiece of which is a detailed financing request or information memorandum.

While financing requests are customized to the needs of our client, each includes the following information:

 -  General industry information
 -  Description of company details pertaining to its business, finances, management
    team, and ownership structure
 -  Detailed terms and conditions of the financing, including sources and uses of
    funds, and historical and pro forma capitalization tables
 -  Complete financial information and analyses including appropriate credit ratings
 -  In addition, third party reports, such as corporate and management background
    checks, asset appraisals, field exams, and environmental reports are included if
    appropriate.
