Since 1980, Wiley has completed assignments valued at over $3 billion. His transaction expertise includes loan syndications, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and financial advisory.

His industry knowledge includes agribusiness, distribution, energy, financial services, non-profits, retail, manufacturing, and technology.

As an investment banker, Wiley has been employed by The Marshall Group (2002-2005), Martinson & Company (2001-2002), Miller & Schroeder Financial (1992-1994), Clarepoint Partners (1990-1992), and Dain Bosworth (1980-1990).

He has also served as VP & Treasurer of Damark International, a major publicly-held catalog retailer and membership services company (1997-2001), was self-employed as a financial consultant (1996-1997), and served as VP & CFO of United Market Services, a privately held, venture- backed livestock marketing and agricultural financial services firm (1994-1996).

Wiley graduated from Tulane University in 1979 with a BS in management.

Roger is primarily responsible for U.S. business development and shares responsibility for loan placement activities.

Since 1981, Roger has completed transactions valued at over $3 billion. His transaction expertise includes loan syndications, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and financial advisory.

His industry knowledge includes financial services, food and beverage, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and non-profits.

Within the investment banking and securities business, Roger has held various positions at The Marshall Group (2001-2005), Miller & Schroeder Financial (1998-2001), LAWCO Financial (1993-1998), Offerman & Company (1983-1993), and Smith Barney (1980-1983).

He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1979 with a BA in economics and business and in 1985 with an MBA in finance.


Don Keysser

Don shares responsibility on business development origination, loan placements, and on structuring and underwriting transactions.

Don has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, including serving as a Managing Director at Dain Rauscher, and Senior Vice President and Principal at Miller & Schroeder Financial. He has had lead responsibility, as consultant and senior banker, for over 250 financings in the course of his career. Don has specialized in debt and equity transactions for technology-related and asset-based corporations, including in the areas of clean energy, health care, real estate, medical technology, info technology, and specialized manufacturing. Don has had senior responsibility both for marketing and deal origination, and for deal structuring and placement.

Don has a BA from Ohio State, an MA in Urban Planning from the University of Minnesota, an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, and is in process of earning a doctorate degree in Finance and International Business from Argosy University. Don is also an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance, at the MBA level. Don has the Series 7, 79, 63 and 28 securities licenses.
